In 2008, CITYWEB established the CITYWEB Research & Innovation Centre to provide infrastructure support for innovative eBusiness research to academic, industry partners and players.
CITYWEB Research & Innovation Centre has administrative and researcher offices, usability labs, research and teaching labs, decision centres for eBusiness research. CITYWEB Research & Innovation Centre research groups have developed expertise in areas of mobile commerce, portals, identity theft, online negotiation, supply chain management, interface design, online trust and privacy, eLearning, knowledge management, and change management, among others.
